He's a Phantom by JoyJababaNoid
He's a Phantom
I've been on a Danny Phantom kick lately. I haven't seen that show in forever and I missed it something awful. It's actually a really really good, better than I even remember. And I didn't see a lot of the last season, so this is like watching a brand new show for me and it's a lot of fun. :XD:

It took me a really long time to get the legs to look right and I'm still not %100 satisfied with it but oh well. C'est la vie.
Cute Couple by JoyJababaNoid
Cute Couple
I remember when I first watched the "Alive" short and seeing that couple in the crowds for the first time, I thought they were adorable and knew I had to draw them sometime. Fast forward a few months and this is the result, lolol

I don't know what their names should be. Any suggestions??
Pokemon and Overwatch ~ Reaper by JoyJababaNoid
Pokemon and Overwatch ~ Reaper
Hey, I want to try and create all the Overwatch cast with what i think would be their respective Pokemon partners. Hope you enjoy~

Duskull is basically Reaper if he were a Pokemon, so I just gave him a Dusknoir. lololol He's been the easiest so far :XD:

Pokemon and Overwatch ~ Soldier 76 by JoyJababaNoid
Pokemon and Overwatch ~ Soldier 76
Hey, I want to try and create all the Overwatch cast with what i think would be their respective Pokemon partners. Hope you enjoy~

Soldier is basically Captain America: Overwatch edition. So, because of that, I chose the most American Pokemon I know; a Braviary haha. :XD:

What do you think?? You agree? Disagree? Let me know!!

Hey guys! I'm just a young woman trying to figure out this crazy thing called art. I know I still have a LONG, LONG way to go, but I think I'm improving too. Hopefully someday I'll be able to call myself a professional artist. Until then, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and striving for the best.

I've been a complete self-taught artist. I started drawing when I was - well - a baby. Every baby draws scribbles, right? I didn't really get into drawing however until I was about eleven or twelve. I found a Legend of Zelda fan-comic on the Nintendo forums (that no longer exist unfortunately) and loved the artwork. I was inspired and wanted to try my hand at comic-making. I bought a few "how to draw manga and anime" books shortly afterward. They helped me start, but that was about it. I found I wasn't really that interested in drawing JUST anime style art. Since then, I've just drawn whatever the heck I want. I drew constantly, everyday and almost every minute. I wish I drew as much as I used to, but I don't have as much time anymore. I know if I did, I'd be an even better artist. I've heard a million times, "time is the key to becoming better." But then again, that's true for everything!

Hope this has given you a little bit better insight on me as an artist. If anyone out there is willing to give me some advice and tips on drawing and painting or whatever, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm always aiming to improve. And feedback is always welcomed (when it's given politely!).

Yeesh, I haven't written a journal in ages. I've been busy, but that's for another time.

I decided on the fly to clean up my folders and such tonight and there was a fair amount of old artwork (that made me cringe a little, but I decided to keep them up nonetheless ^^;). The thing that shocked me more was how little artwork I have on here versus how much I have on Tumblr, which is a fair amount more. I may be bringing more of my art on this site slowly. It really just sort of depends on how proud I am of the piece, haha. :D

Also, since my sister and I have decided to close our Etsy shop, I've been considering commissions. However, I feel like I should start out small and work my way up. I feel like doing requests first to gauge my abilities and my customers. I won't do them now, but very soon in the future so watch out for that. ;D

Oh hi! I wasn't sure if you'd respond or not. I was a little creepy in my ask. ^^; lol

Yes, I am a self-taught artist. But then again I don't think any artist isn't. Some just get advice from "professionals" in classes and practice a bucket load then consider themselves "professionals" too. I've seen some amazing artist on this site who were self-taught but were on the same level as "professionals."
