Description
I wanted to draw younger Splinter since my sibs and i have been on a tmnt kick lately. I figure he wouldn't have worn that kimono too much when they were young. I mean, he would have been a young dad who just had his life flipped upside down by very unusual circumstances. He probably would have been wearing his human clothes a lot during that time. That's what I think anyway.
Also I wanted to give the turtles diapers because c'mon they're babies, dey poop everywheres

The color scheme threw me off. I didn't even realize you made this until I clicked on it. It's been a while since you've made something monochrome.
I like how much detail you put into Splinter's head and face! The lamp is really well done as well! The scene composition is pretty nice as well.
Though, the detail seems to drop a bit below the table level. You seem to use thicker quick strokes. I'm guessing you spent most of the time at the top. As for suggestions, the feet are a little off. I suppose something I think you might try improving are your animalistic digits. Your human fingers are pretty good. Fingers and toes are a pain, but I think it's worth it to study their shape. I hate trying to draw them, but I'm usually a lot happier with the result when I'm done if I give them some time.
